Reidy Remaps comes to you. We remap cars and vans at your home or workplace at most hours of the day, so there is no trip to a garage and no day off work. Based near Wincanton, we cover Yeovil, Sherborne, Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Bruton, Castle Cary and the surrounding towns and villages.
How mobile remapping works
- Tell us about your vehicle. Call or message us with the make, model, engine and year, and we will confirm the price and book a time that suits you.
- We check it first. At your door, we run diagnostics before touching the ECU, so any existing faults are found and explained.
- We remap it. We write our own remap files and tailor them to your car. You are welcome to watch and tell us how you want it to drive.
- We test it. We run diagnostics again and, in most cases, datalog the car on a road test to make sure everything is working as it should.
If you are not happy with the remap, you do not pay, and we can return the car to standard.

- Stage 1 remaps and custom remaps for petrol and diesel cars from 1996 to the present day
- Van remapping for trades and fleets, with discounts on multiple vehicles
- Diagnostics with dealer-level equipment
Some ECUs have to be removed and programmed on the bench. We will tell you when you book if that applies to your car.
Mobile or rolling road?
A mobile remap is the most convenient option. If you want the gains proven on paper, bring a two-wheel-drive car to our workshop near Wincanton instead. What do I need to provide?
Just access to the vehicle and somewhere safe to park it. Make sure the battery is in good condition.
How long does it take?
Most remaps are done the same day. We will give you a time when you book.
Can you remap at my workplace?
Yes, as long as there is somewhere safe to work on the vehicle.
Do I need to tell my insurer?
